Hero Home Care

Hero team took care of my dad when my mom and I went on vacation couple months ago. The service is awesome, especially the care nurse Aryel, the sales rep Daniel, and the caregiver Alyssa. They made a great team and helped my dad out a lot. There\'s only one thing I\'d change: the three hours minimum. Those three hours aren\'t what we need, but Daniel was super flexible and accommodated our schedule nicely. We\'ll use them again next time we go on vacation.

My husband called these fellows couple of weeks ago looking for companionship care for my mom. Daniel helped me to arrange the visit with manager Kyra so quickly and we are so impressed with how friendly and helpful they are. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends and family. Thank you Daniel and Kyra, for all your support! Please continue to be great at what you do.

Hero Home Care has made life soo soo much easier for both my Mother and myself. We have been receiving help, for a good few months now, with bathing and taking care of my mother\'s hygiene, a job she would not let me do. The nurses also do light housework, in face if there is anything (within reason) they can help with it is done. This activity is done with caring and dignity which is much appreciated by both of us. The care that is taken is phenomenal. I now because of the help, am able to have some time to myself. Seriously I just cannot imagine life without the understanding by both the nurses and the office staff.

The caregivers for my 94 year old mother over the last 2 years have been wonderful, respectful, and very professional. This service has allowed mom to stay in her own apartment which she would not have been to do.

I have been very happy with the care my brother has received from your caretivers. I feel they have made a huge difference in improving the quality of his life as he was in a sad state after his wife passed last March 13 and I had to go back to my home in Alberta and leave him in your care. His main caregiver , Liz, and the others have been patient and kind and he calls them his "ladies" and he misses them when they are not there. They have done a good job keeping him comfortable and well fed. He does have a son in Chilliwack who was also traumatized by his mom's passing and who is now doing more for his dad.
I have been impressed with Erin Tangco. She has been a person who I have put my trust into and she has not disappointed. She has addressed all concerns we have run across these last months and handled them promptly and effectively. I don't know how my brother would have gotten along without the help of Hero Home Care. You are my Heros.
