Good Samaritan Delta View Care Centre has been recognized internationally as a leader in person-centred care and services for those with dementia or complex care needs. It is an ideal environment, nestled in the serene farmlands of Delta, with staff trained in our well-established Hugs not Drugs approach. Delta View also offers respite care through Fraser Health Authority and rehabilitation services through a partnership with WorkSafeBC.

The campus of care sits on approximately 11 acres, in the serene farmlands of Delta.

The Good Samaritan Delta View Care Centre consists of two distinct homes in a campus of care setting: the Delta View Life Enrichment and Delta View Habilitation Centres.

The Life Enrichment Centre is a 212 bed state of the art multi-level complex care home. Each home includes over 20 large, single bedrooms and 2 or 3 double bedrooms. All rooms include a private en-suite bathroom with shower. Each home has separate television and patio lounges, activity rooms, sitting lounges, a country kitchen and cozy dining rooms.

The Award Winning Delta View Habilitation Centre consists of 80 complex care beds, 72 single bedrooms and 4 double bedrooms. It was purpose built for dementia in 1991, with its open environment and the approach of staff being recognized globally as being dementia friendly. At Delta View, residents and seniors...come back to life. Each room has a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. Multiple homelike lounges, seating areas, and a quiet room are accessible through large, bright, continuous walking pathways, with easy access to the outdoors.
