HSO’s new Consultation Workbooks for National Long-Term Care Services Standard

    HSO recently released new Consultation Workbooks that were designed to support stakeholders in offering further input which will shape the development of HSO’s new National Long-Term Care Services Standard.

    The Workbooks build on voices of over 16,000 Canadians who shared their feedback through their previous inaugural national “Developing National Long-Term Care Standards: Your Opinion Matters!” Survey.

    Route 65 encourages long-term care residents, family members, health care providers, and any individual with an interest in long-term care to provide input by completing the Consultation Workbooks. Workbooks are available in two formats, one intended for groups and the other intended for individuals.

    HSO also welcomes people who have already completed their inaugural National Survey to complete a Consultation Workbook.
