Suncreek Village

Suncreek Village is a complex care home with a capacity for 120 residents within 7 unique households of only 18 residents.  Residents will have their own private bedroom and large bathroom – all without extra costs.  Residents may arrange for cablevision, internet, and telephone as desired.  Personal items such as a television, personal treasure, pictures, plants and some small furniture such as a chair are encouraged.

Each of the 7 homes has its own living room with a cozy fireplace, dining room, kitchenette, spa, laundry, and activity areas.  In the common areas outside of each home amenities such as hair salon, library, The Village Store, and family dining are located.  There is access to secure courtyards, balconies and gardens from all homes.

We understand that a safe and secure environment, both indoors and outdoors, is important to your peace of mind.  All doors and elevators require a security pass and closed circuit security TVs are located throughout the facility.  The building has fire sprinklers, a fully monitored fire alarm system, and each room has a smoke detector.
