Warren and his team of caregivers have been such an amazing part of my mother’s recovery process. They listen to her needs and cater their care accordingly. They are also very accommodating when there is a need for a schedule change. Their service allows me to have a peace of mind while at work, knowing that my mom’s needs are being addressed, and that she is able to make all her appointments with her caregivers’ company. And the team is beyond amazing. We employ Qualicare for housekeeping support for an aging parent, and we were lucky enough to have Jeff assigned to us. Jeff is incredibly kind, honest, detail oriented, and really goes the extra mile to make sure all needs are being addressed and met. Warren and team were a kind, responsive and very helpful support at a time when our family was struggling in a transition from one form of care to another for our elderly mom. They were very responsive and available for planned and unplanned issues, and helped us feel confident in our mom's safety.

Qualicare quickly organized a consistent team of caregivers into our home on a schedule that worked for us. They regularly followed up with us to make sure our needs were being met. My dad was alone after my mom went into hospital and my sister and I were stretched thin to help him due to his advancing dementia. Warren and his team were instrumental in helping us keep dad in his home as long as we could, even when working with dad proved difficult. My widowed elderly mom was discharged from the hospital with no home support in place, not being able to walk unassisted, clean up after herself and to make food for herself and her family was stuck overseas due to covid so we couldn't be there to help. Thankfully Qualicare came recommended by a nursing friend and from the first visit Warren and his team went above and beyond to look after our mom. From getting an extension cord so she could answer her phone without getting out of bed, to arranging an affordable shower chair, doing errands, arranging food, medication, cleaning, laundry, doctors appointments. I never heard them say no and they were always happy to help. I am forever grateful to Warren and his team. The three hours a day was some peace of mind during a very challenging time. I always thought that there were government services that would help the elderly in their time of need but this has not been my experience with two elderly parents. If you can afford to get private care, do it. Keep up the great work Qualicare.
