Nigel Living, owned and operated by Broadmead Care, offers Independent Living and  Subsidized Independent Living for seniors 55 years of age or older, and veterans in the Victoria area on Vancouver Island. Conveniently located in the Nigel Valley near Vernon Avenue, the neighbourhood offers shopping, transit, and walking or cycling paths within steps of the building.

Nigel Living features a total of 37 unfurnished one bedroom or studio suites, five of those suites are subsidized. These well-appointed suites are suitable for one or two people, and range in size from 412 sq. ft. to 566 sq. ft. This brand new six story building offers beautiful views of downtown Victoria. Independent Living includes services such as lunch and dinner daily, weekly light housekeeping, and weekly laundry service (linens and towels).
