Hawthorne Seniors Care Community is a campus of care in Port Coquitlam. At the heart of Hawthorne is a profound respect for seniors and the guiding principle that all people deserve a comfortable home and person centered care. Our aim at Hawthorne is to provide people with choices about their lives while ensuring quality care that promotes wellness in a warm and welcoming environment.
The campus consists of a recently renovated long term care Lodge, Memory Cottages, and an Assisted Living Tower. Specialized programs include a residential peritoneal dialysis program and dementia care. The campus also serves the community with an Adult Day Program.
