Located in heart of the Fleetwood area of Surrey, across the street from Francis Park and a short block to the Fleetwood Community Centre, Senior Centre and Library. Walkable distance to 3 strip malls offering several banks, restaurants, shops and services. Soon we will be walkable to the SkyTrain running along Fraser Hwy towards Langley or Guildford.
Fleetwood Villa is considered a low-rise garden setting surrounding a colorful and relaxing garden courtyard with walking paths and 3 bridges to stroll over. Many of our suites overlook the garden and include a balcony or deck if you are ground level. Our gardening club manicures daily to bring out the best in community involvement and gardening pride.
Our 160 suites are made up of a combination of spacious Studios (approx. 320 – 350 sq ft), 1-bedroom suites (approx. 550 sq ft) and 2-bedroom suites with approx. 750 sq ft. Unique to the marketplace we have taken several of our studios that were back-to-back and created large 1-bedroom suites with two bathrooms. These “Combo suites” are very popular amongst couples seeking the two washrooms.
Celebrating our 20th anniversary in this location in 2025, Fleetwood Villa, is constantly in upgrade mode. Currently 10 of our suites are being transformed with the newest standard of appeal brought to us by our parent Company, Cogir Senior Living. The quartz countertops in the kitchen and washrooms have and the bright white cabinets and drawers make the room clean looking and of high quality. The tall ceilings make the room look larger and the laminate wood flooring with ambient floor heating are a pleasure to walk on.
Known already for our “Great value” Fleetwood Villa as an all-inclusive independent living retirement community that offers a unique selling feature of having “assisted living services” that can be added a’ la Carte. Having Nurses and care aides on site is a real plus and peace of mind for the residents and their family members.
