Creekstone Care Centre

Creekstone is a modern long-term care home that opened April 2021. Located in Lower Lynn Creek of North Vancouver, we offer easy access to Phibbs Exchange and the Second Narrows Bridge. We focus on Quality of Life and embrace best practices in Person and Family-centered Care. The home offers community-style living with 2 houses of 15 bedrooms per floor; each with dining area, TV lounge, bathing spa, and outdoor access. There are common amenities including a bistro, hair salon, family lounge and upper patios. We have underground parking and secure bike storage. This is your home to enjoy.

All bedrooms are fully private with ensuite washrooms and come furnished with an electric bed, wardrobe, dresser, night table and room chair. This is your home and we encourage you to personalize it with pictures, books, and ornaments. There are TV and telephone hook ups in each room, should you decide to purchase those services.

We are a licensed care home operating under the Community Care and Assisted Living Act. Safety is a priority and our quality is closely reviewed. Creekstone works with Vancouver Coastal Health as a contracted Long Term Care Provider and is part of BC’s Funded Healthcare System.

To live at Creekstone and/or for access to funded long term care, please contact Vancouver Coastal Health directly. Currently, we do not offer private pay long term care as the home is fully contracted for funded services.
