West Coast In Home Care provided home care for our Mother in 2017. Their caregivers were responsible, caring, took appropriate initiative, were respectful and established good rapport with our Mom. Their client care manager, Marta, readily adjusted the level of care as needs changed, responded quickly to any concerns, kept in close contact with her employees and had good communication with the family. A very positive experience with this company helped our family greatly through a difficult time. We would recommend their service without reservation.

West Coast Care has an incredible team, both in the office and the care givers who enter your home. They take the time to get to know you so the care givers they match fit. And if they don't a replacement is found right away. Always professional but most importantly the whole team cared about our family. Though we no longer need their services we are still in touch with our main two care givers who have become a part of the family. I highly recommend their services.
