About Mill Creek Village

Located safely in the heart of Kelowna, Mill Creek Village is just minutes away from shopping centres, grocery stores, churches, doctor’s offices, walk-in clinics, banks, restaurants, hotels and coffee shops. In addition, Kelowna City Transit stops right outside the Village’s front door and provides access to all major bus routes in Kelowna.

Our Independent Living suites in the Sutherland Residence community of Mill Creek Village offer a variety of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. These 46 bright, spacious suites range in size from 258 to 742 square feet and are spread over three floors. We also offer 12 Independent Living Suites (all one bedroom, 523 square feet) in our creekside Joseph Benjamin Residence. Each suite comes unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own furnishings to make the suite feel just like home. All suites come equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave.

All-inclusive monthly rent for our independent living suites starts at $2,720 for a studio and range to $3,340 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite.

At the Joseph Benjamin Residence, we offer 38 suites of Assisted Living. These suites are funded through Interior Health. All suites are spacious one-bedroom suites with walk-in seated showers. The suites are unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own furniture and special touches to make it feel like home. All Assisted Living suites measure 523 square feet and include a mini-fridge and microwave.
