About 2 years ago, our family were looking for home support for our mom. My dad had passed away and she was lonely. Home Instead contacted us right away providing us with information about their services over the phone. A year later, we started with the minimum support, two days a week. It was great to know our mom had company, someone to shop for her if she needed groceries , and prep meals. We noticed a huge difference in our mom’s attitude on the days they were there. Since January, we have support every day. Each of the support workers help her by cleaning, cooking, shopping, driving her to appointments, and most importantly giving her company and sincerely caring for her. Our whole family is so grateful as my mom is happy, eating well and really looked after. There isn’t a price that can be put on this kind of service.

I cannot express in words how grateful I am to this company for their sincere caring, expert knowledge and skills. This was my family's first experience with having hired help come into our home and Jeremiah pretty much eased most of my anxieties during our first meeting! I felt comfortable and confident with the caregivers who were so suitably chosen for my mom and who were so very good at their jobs. Jeremiah checked in with us on a regular basis and was accommodating in every way possible. I would not hesitate to use Home Instead again in the future and I absolutely highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a professional and truly caring company.

Home Instead was very understanding of my mother-in-laws wants and needs. They honored her need to be independent but at the same time understood the family's needs to make sure she was safe. They found just the right person for my mother-in-law.
